linda howard award of excellence

Cool News

>SAFE IN ENEMY ARMS finalled in the Linda Howard Excellence Award contest.

Now I have to get it polished up for submission to the final judge: Lauren McKenna, Executive Editor, Pocket.

Oh…and out of those queries I sent which spurred my last post, I got a requested full from one of my top tier agents.

So…as I said in my post…JUST QUERY. (And then keep your fingers crossed.) 🙂

Contests Anyone?

>One of my chapter mates nudged me into entering the Linda Howard Award of Excellence. The first push was their online submissions — no hassling with postage and return postage and mailing. The kicker was that the romantic suspense editor for finals was Senior Editor of Pocket.

Sure couldn’t hurt to get my work in front of a Pocket editor.

Now…I just have to figure out what I’m doing for the Golden Heart. Hmmmm….

What contests are you looking forward to?
